Hi, I’m Cassie—a lifelong athlete, powerlifter, and advocate for the healing power of movement. From triathlons in my youth to competing as a three-sport varsity athlete, fitness has always been my foundation. Today, I channel that same drive into powerlifting, using movement not just to build strength, but to reclaim mental and emotional well-being through discipline, mindset, and deep connection to the body.

Medicine lives in motion. Through movement, we confront the parts of ourselves we've buried, and in doing so, begin to reconnect with the most integrated, empowered version of who we are.
